These images are from my most recent shoot for Mother Earth News magazine with Tabitha Alterman. The article is about roasting coffee and offers several methods for getting a great roast at home. This is another cooking technique that I put in the “do it once and you’ll never go back” category. The intense flavor of a fresh roast and the control you have over dark or light beans is easy and far superior to what you get at the store.
